Terms of service
The agreement between you and us. We have tried to write it the way we would explain it.
These terms govern your use of the 21 Minutes app and this website, operated by Working Weekends LLC. Using either means you accept them.
What this is, and what it is not
21 Minutes is a fitness and wellness product. It is not a medical device, not a diagnostic tool, and not a substitute for advice from a qualified doctor. It does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition.
Where the app adapts a session around a condition you have declared, that is coaching, not treatment. The Health Score is a wellness and consistency score built from measurable inputs; it is not a clinical assessment, and no number in the app should be read as one.
Speak to a doctor before starting any new exercise programme, particularly if you are managing a condition, are pregnant or post-natal, are recovering from injury or surgery, or have been inactive for a long time. If something hurts, stop.
Your account
- You must be at least 13 to hold an account.
- Under-18 accounts get the full training experience with image processing features switched off, as set out in the privacy policy.
- Keep your sign-in details to yourself. One account, one person.
- The information you give us should be accurate, since the programme is built on it.
Subscriptions
A free tier exists and is not time-limited. Premium is a subscription billed through the App Store or Google Play in your own currency.
- It renews automatically until you cancel.
- Cancel in your store subscription settings. Access continues to the end of the period you have already paid for.
- Refunds are handled by Apple and Google under their own policies, because they take the payment. We will help you raise one.
- If we change the price, you will be told before it applies and can cancel first.
Content
The sessions, videos, programmes and text in the app belong to us and are licensed to you for personal use. You may not record, redistribute, resell, or use them to run classes.
What you put in stays yours: your photos, measurements and notes. You give us only the permission needed to store them and show them back to you.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to break, probe or overload the service, do not use it to harm anyone, and do not try to reach other people's data. We may suspend an account that does.
Availability
We aim to keep the service running and will give notice of planned maintenance where we can, but we do not promise uninterrupted availability. Features may change as the product develops; if something you rely on is being removed, we will say so first.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
You take part in physical exercise at your own risk, having read the section above about what this product is and is not.
Ending it
You can delete your account at any time, from the app or from the delete account page. We may close an account that breaches these terms, and will explain why unless the law prevents us.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of US, and the courts there have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, this does not remove any protection you have under the law of the country you live in.
